Shipping Area: Nationwide (South Korea)
Delivery Time: 3–7 days
Same-day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day

Shipping Fee:
• Free shipping for orders over 50,000 KRW
• Additional shipping fees apply for Jeju Island and remote island areas
▶ Exchange / Return Policy
Eligible for Exchange / Return:
• Damaged or defective products: Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
• Returns must be sent back within 7 days from the delivery date (including weekends/holidays)
• Refunds for shipped orders will be processed after the item is returned and inspected
• Change of mind returns: Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
Not Eligible for Exchange / Return:
• More than 7 days have passed since receipt
• Product is damaged due to customer handling (opened packaging, signs of use, etc.)
• Missing or damaged components
